Hello, I wanted to write a testimonial about my experience with BadgerlandByOwner.com. My next sentence should pretty much sum it all up.......We sold our house in 8 days and saved nearly $4,000!!!! That s right, BadgerlandByOwner (Now Badgerland Realtors, LLC) allowed us to get our home a ton of exposure by being on the MLS and we started getting calls for showings the first day. The best part was that it was so easy. The website walked us through the whole thing. The few questions we did have were answered quickly and professionally by the helpful BadgerlandByOwner staff. The website was also extremely useful for accessing the forms that we needed to help sell our home. I couldn t believe that this was all found on one website!!

The other pleasant surprise was the low cost of their services. I still don t know how they can offer the things they do for only $450. My wife and I were able to save a lot of money by selling our home ourselves and we would have saved even more if we did not pay for our seller s realtor s commission. Saving all of this money allowed us to purchase new appliances and home decor for our new home that we would not have otherwise had the money for! This made moving in even more exciting and it would not have been possible if it were not for BadgerlandByOwner.

In closing, I just want to say that selling our home was a very big decision and the whole ordeal was a very stressful time for our family.
