I would highly recommend Badgerland

I would highly recommend Badgerland. Badgerland offers almost all the services of a full commission realtor, but at a significantly lower price. In my case, I received Fair Market Analysis, MLS listing, Sign, Appointment notification with feedback, offers and counter-offers done by Badgerland, and Badgerland will be closing the sale of my house - less than 4 months on the market. Tips - many obvious - make any needed repairs, keep clean and neat, I did the showings if no realtor is involved (in my case a party is purchasing the house with no realtor involved so both parties are saving money). Also, one has to realize that property values are not what they were a year ago, so have to listen to fair market analysis recommendation. Also, my agent Dan Baker has been very helpful. he is also my agent I am using to purchase a new home. Hope this helps.
